My best friends sister lives in the Philippines she has a 3yr old & a 7

 yr old she was recently diagnosed with a very serious brain tumor. But
 down their u have to pay up front & they are $350 short of what is
 needed. I lost my father when i was 7. I dont want them to go through
 that if i can help it. I'd pay for it but I am on a fixed income with
 my disability & with everything so high I just cant.
